Results from the Special Early Spring Hol/Beef Combination Feeder Cattle Sale Friday March 29th
Here this past Friday we sold 1468 cattle. The seats were full of cattle buyers with an active market. Good to very good demand for today’s Holstein offerings. Having sold 1,200 Holsteins the week before, the Holstein section was lighter in receipts selling 500 head. The light Holsteins were higher with the balance steady. On the beef cattle, the market was steady with a large variation in flesh condition and genetics.
