Results from the Summer Feeder Cattle Sale Friday June 22nd..

Here this past Friday we had a really nice summer run selling 1,586 Head of Holstein Steers(700) and Beef Steers/Heifers(886) on a market that was steady to somewhat stronger on the Holsteins and a hard market  to call on the colored cattle as the last comparison was the World Championship Sale 2 weeks ago which was front end loaded with large strings of reputation cattle.  But overall i woiuld have to call the colored cattle against the market just either side of steady and although the bunches were not big there was plenty of nice quality cattle to go around.. 

Thanks to all buyers and sellers alike who brought together a nice summer feeder cattle sale.. 

Next Summer Feeder Cattle featuring both Holstein Steers and Beef Cattle will be Friday July 13th starting at 9am sharp selling Holsteins first followed by the Colored Cattle..
